KICK-OFF DIAGNOSIS
Performance, Management
Our initial diagnosis can take 3 forms:
Targeted: An opportunity to seize, a force to develop, a threat to counteract or a weakness to be minimized has been previously identified.
Oriented: The field of diagnosis covers a scope to optimize (management, process, activity, team ...).
Extended: The objective is to launch or maintain a global improvement approach towards Excellence and to select priority projects.

STRATEGY & EXECUTION PLAN
Scope, Project Organization
After returning the elements of the diagnosis, the objective of this phase is to validate a transformation strategy and a prioritized implementation plan. A steering committee and a project team are set up to lead the deployment and foster ownership by the Client. In particular, a change management plan and a key performance indicators dashboard are defined.

LAUNCH
Execution, Steering
The quality of the launch is key to give the vision and engage actors before switching to a sequenced animation to maintain motivation throughout the deployment. As for the diagnosis deployment can be targeted in a first time to promote rapid success and then extended to cover the entire defined scope. Steering reviews of commitment, achievement and results punctuate the progress.

Coaching, Mentoring & Training
Coaching, mentoring and training can be proposed upstream, or better, during deployment.
Coaching: Growing others and helping them find their own solutions (appropriate for seasoned managers).
Mentoring: Support by sharing experience and advising on proven good practices.
Training: Conceptualization and theoretical contributions to put intelligence into practice.
