OUR APPROACH
HUMAN FACTOR
A successful project, a winning team or a successful organization all share an excellent mastery of both the technique and the human factor. It is counterproductive to dissociate the management of methods from the consideration of individuals and teams.
METHOD
The sequencing of action in small steps underlies the continuous improvement and maintains the motivation all along the way. It is essential to reconcile the practice which is the raison d'être of the theory and the latter which strengthens the intelligence in the implementation.
POSTURE
The only posture that is worth to progress towards excellence is a pragmatic stance of high expectations on the fundamentals and benevolence towards the people. It alone can raise the bar and challenge without generating negative stress.
OUR CONVICTIONS
In our organizations, the difficulty to concretize the strategies reflected by managers or executives is explained less by the lack of quality of the latter, often excellent elsewhere, than by the difficulty to grasp the gap between the strategic intentions displayed and the poor quality of their execution on the ground. Reducing this gap is the primary mission of management and the point of convergence of our interventions.
The most important challenge for managers is to reconcile mutually reinforcing notions, whereas common sense often opposes them:
Consideration legitimizes the authority when the benevolent authority, because in fact protective, guarantees in return the equity and the adhesion,
The requirement of concentration on the fundamentals is the only guarantee of the achievement of the results and, at the same time, it is the taking of hindsight which makes it possible to give the sense and to engage,
Only the systematic valorization, which knows not to deny the possible lack of result, favors the progress by energizing to build on the strong points and to recycle the failures.
